How To Make Your Own Oat Milk
If you're on an eco-friendly, plastic-free, zero-waste mission within your diet, switching from dairy to plant-based milk is a great place to start!
.
Oat milk produces 0.18kg of Co2 per 200ml glass and needs a tiny 0.16sq metres.
Cow's milk produces 0.6kg per 200ml and needs a massive 1.8sq metres of land to be produced.
You can buy plant-based milk like oat milk in most shops, but wouldn't it be even better if you could make your OWN in reusable glass bottles for a completely eco approach to your milk consumption?
